At the beginning of the final semester before graduation, students must complete the Graduate School's Degree Audit. The Degree Audit identifies the coursework that has been completed to satisfy the master's degree and graduation requirements of the Department of Psychology and Illinois State University.
Student should complete the Master's Degree Audit on their computer. Students must submit, as an e-mail attachment, the completed Master's Degree Audit to their program or sequence coordinator. The coordinator will review the Degree Audit and submit it to the Graduate School for approval. The Graduate School must approve the Degree Audit (i.e., all requirements have been met for graduation) before a master's degree is conferred. Students and the Graduate Programs Office will receive by e-mail a copy of the approved Degree Audit.

To request a change in an approved Degree Audit, students should complete the Change of Degree Audit. Students must submit, as an e-mail attachment, the completed Change of Degree Audit to the program or sequence coordinator. The coordinator will review the change and submit the Change of Degree Audit to the Graduate School for approval. .
