A Message From Our Department Chair
Welcome to the Department of Psychology website! Psychology is a very diverse field that allows you to develop expertise in areas ranging from basic research in lab settings, to classroom instruction, to treatment delivery in schools and other institutions. Our students play an active role in developing such expertise by working closely with faculty in out-of-classroom experiences such as research, teaching apprenticeships, and practicum placements. If you are interested in psychology as a career path and like the idea of working collaboratively with faculty, please do not hesitate to contact a faculty member who shares your interests. We look forward to the possibility of working with you to help you develop your own expertise as a psychologist.
